The EHC Lustenau announced the engagement of goalkeeper Anthony Morrone. For the 21-year-old Canadian, Lustenau is the first stop in Europe. Morrone's most recent agreement was with the Drummondville Voltigeurs in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The HC Pustertal Wölfe and the Red Bull Hockey Juniors each reported one departure. At HC Gherdeina valgardena.it the contract with Gabriel Vinatzer and Diego Glück was extended.

21-year-old Anthony Morrone new goalkeeper at EHC Lustenau
Anthony Morrone will be in the goal of the EHC Lustenau next season. The 21-year-old Canadian will form the goalkeeper duo together with 20-year-old Markus Reihs. The current number one, René Swette, will most likely be between the posts at a club in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League next season. Both the HC TWK Innsbruck 'Die Haie' and the EC-KAC are expected to show interest.

The transfer of the young Canadian goalkeeper, who most recently played in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, has been strongly advocated by neo-coach Mike Flanagan, as Lustenau president Herbert Oberscheider revealed: "Neo-coach Mike Flanagan has enquired about the goalkeeper and checked his credentials".



Peter MacArthur returns to the USA

The HC Pustertal Wölfe reported no new arrival but one departure. Peter MacArthur leaves the club after one year and returns to his home country USA. There the 35-year-old signed a contract with the Orlando Solar Bears in the ECHL. For Pustertal, the center was on the ice 17 times. He scored three goals and prepared another twelve goals.



Daniel Carlqvist leaves Red Bull Hockey Juniors

20-year-old Daniel Carlqvist leaves the Red Bull Hockey Juniors and returns to his home country Sweden. There the defender signed with Tyringe Hockey in Division 1. Carlqvist played 30 games for the Red Bull Hockey Juniors.



HC Gherdeina extends contract with Vinatzer and Glück
The HC Gherdeina valgardena.it was able to extend the contracts with Gabriel Vinatzer and Diego Glück. Striker Vinatzer has been active at Val Gardena since his youth. In the Alps Hockey League he has scored 3️4 goals and made 7️8 assists in 141 games so far. Diego Glück has always played with the South Tyroleans except for one year. In 95 games the striker scored five goals and made seven assists.
