Mantenuto moves from Asiago to Bolzano | Erdély stays with Fehérvár

HCB Südtirol Alperia has signed centre Daniel Mantenuto, who recently won the Alps Hockey League with Asiago, for the upcoming season in the win2day ICE Hockey League. The 24-year-old is also part of the Italian national team and played all games at the  World Championship in Finland. In addition, the contract with Csanád Erdély was extended at Hydro Fehérvár AV19.

After completing his university career in the NCCA with Robert Morrris University, Daniel Mantenuto began his professional career with Asiago in 2020. In two seasons, he won the Italian championship twice, the Alps Hockey League once and the Italian Supercup twice. The centre scored 101 points (38 goals and 63 assists) in 111 games. At the same time, he was also called up to the Italian national team, with which he took part in the last Top Division World Championship and also scored his first goal in the azure jersey in the match against Germany.

Erdély still with Fehérvár
Csanád Erdély will continue to play for Hydro Fehérvár AV19. The 26-year-old has so far played 362 league games for the win2day ICE Hockey League runner-up, recording 209 points. At the World Championships, the forward was big part to Hungary's promotion to the top division with four goals.
