Matt Lane last newcomer for Ritten | New players for Vienna, Jesenice and Gardena too

The Rittner Buam have completed their squad. The American Matt Lane is the last new arrival for the South Tyroleans. Last season the forward played for the Atlanta Gladiators in the ECHL, scoring 29 points (11G / 18A) out of 45 games. New signings were also announced in Vienna, Jesenice and Gardena. In addition, there have been contract extensions in Zell am See and Cortina.

Ritten completed squad
US-center Matt Lane and young forward Kevin Fink are the last two additions for the Rittner Buams roster for the 2019/20-season. Lane, who will start his Europe-career in Klobenstein is known as a reliable scorer. Last season the US-forward played for the Atlanta Gladiators in the ECHL, scoring 29 points (11G/18A) out of 45 games. Besides, the 25-years old Center played another eleven matches for the Milwaukee Admirals in the AmericanHockeyLeague as well. Furthermore young Italian forward Kevin Fink continues playing for the Italian Champion.

Five new players for Vienna Capitals Silver
The league newcomer Vienna Capitals Silver announced five new signings. The four Swedes Jesper Åkerman, Adam Åkesson, Emil Lindblom and Viktor Johansson, as well as the Norwegian Markus Hermanstad will strengthen the Viennese in the upcoming AHL season. In addition the club has announced four contract extensions. Richard Schlögl, Fabio Rohm, Alexander Maxa and Fabian Ranftl remain loyal to the club.

Returnee for Jesenice
Andrej Hebar returns to HDD Jesenice. The 34-years old forward has already played in the Steel City from 2007 until 2010. The Slovenian will add much experience to the team. He has already earned six Slovenian Championships. Last season Hebar went for goals and points for Újpesti Torna Egylet from Budapest, scoring 46 points (24G/22A) out of 54 games. In addition to that, three contract extensions were announced by Jesenice. Gasper Korosec, Jaka Sturm and Urban Sodja will countinue playing for the Slovenians.   

New signing in Gardena
Hockey Club Gherdëina announced the commitment of Matt Wilkins. The 28-year-old Canadian last played at the Hannover Scorpions in the third German Division. Before his time in Germany he played at the Reading Royals in the ECHL fort wo seasons, where he scored 7️1 points in 1️07 games. In addition, Gardena announced the contract extension with David Galassiti for one season. It will be the second season at the club for the 20-year-old.

Hansson stays in Zell am See
Defenseman Mans Hansson will continue playing for EK Zeller Eisbären in the upcoming season. The 21-years old Swede who has arrived from Kristianstad during the past season scored six points (3G/3A) out of nine games for the Polar Bears in 2018/19.

Italian goalkeeper de Filippo extends his contract in Cortina
Marco de Filippo will play his fith season for Hafro Cortina Hockey in the upcoming season. The 28-year-old goalkeeper had a save percentage of 90.7 % last season. He was also part of the 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Slovakia for Italy, where he played 3 games.
