The date of the rescheduled game will be determined by the league organization.

All expenses of travel, travel accommodation, meals etc. that occur for VEU Feldkirch for the rescheduling have to be reimbursed by Milano Hockey Rossoblu within seven days upon submission of valid invoices by VEU Feldkirch. If those invoices are not being paid, the justice commission can be contacted for decision regarding the compensation of the invoices claimed.

Justification:
The game #7 Hockey Milano Rossoblu against VEU Feldkirch was not started by the referees after inspection of the ice rink, because the ice rink was not suitable for game operation. Also both teams determined the condition of the ice rink as insufficient. After the delivered statements it had to be examined whether a forfeit of the game has to be given or a rescheduling has to be ordered. Due to the results it is definite that Milano did not properly provide for the game operation. However it indicates minor fault by Milan since as a result of a technical defect a new ice-making system was acquired end of August by the rink management. The supply company promised to produce ice timely for beginning of the AHL season. Obviously only few days were missing to provide a proper ice rink. As the ice stadium does not belong to Milano Hockey Rossoblu and is only renter of the stadium, gross negligence can not be assumed. The only accusation is that the league organization was not informed on time about the problems and thus a rescheduling could not be arranged in time. Therefore it was in the sense of the regulatory to issue an order for rescheduling with absorption of all costs of the visiting club.
