Canadian Matt MacKenzie will start his europe-career in Bozen next season. The 26-year old defenseman was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in round three 2010. During the last seven seasons, MacKenzie played 244 games in the American Hockey League and 144 matches in the East Cost Hockey League. Another new arrival for the Champion is Matti Kuparinen. The 33-year old Fin has played for Ässät in Finland during the past years. Besides, the Italians Daniel Frank and Luca Frigo will go for goals and points for the „Foxes“ 2018/19 as well. Each power-forward had 15 points last season, Frigo scored the Championship Winning Goal as well.
 
Transfer news from Austria
Moser Medical Graz99ers have signed forward Matt Garbowsky. The 27-year old Canadian won the East Cost Hockey League with the Colorado Everblades 2017 and 2018, scoring 166 points out of 167 games during that span. The power-forward will start his europe-career in Graz. Another new arrival in the Styrian City is US-American Ty Loney. Loney will start his europe-career in Graz as well, he played for the Bakersfield Condors in the AHL lately. Besides, Austrian Daniel Natter stays in Graz.
 
HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ have signed Canadian Alex Lavoie. The 25-year old forward has promoted with Timra IK from Hockey Allsvenskan to SHL past season. Lavoie will replace injured Austin Smith in North Tyrol. Besides, the Tyroleans have added youngster Daniel Wachter to their team. The forward went for goals and points for the Red Bull Hockey Juniors in the Alps Hockey League and for Austrian Champion EC Red Bull Salzburg in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga last season. Forward Fabio Schramm leaves the club.
 
Defenseman Alex Wall is the third new arrival in Vienna. The 27-year old Canadian played his first season in Europe for Frisk Asker in Norway last season,  earning 32 points (8G, 24A) out of 49 games.
