New arrivals in Innsbruck and Zagreb

KHL Medvescak Zagreb has signed goalie Ivan Lisutin and power-forward Nikolai Lemtyugov (both RUS), while HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ have welcomed  defenseman Jonathan Carlsson (SWE) on a TryOut. Vienna Capitals have a new main- and name sponsor and are called spusu Vienna Capitals now.

HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ have signed defenseman Jonathan Carlsson on a TryOut. The 30-year old Swede has already defended for the Moser Medical Graz99ers in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga past season, scoring 14 points (5G/9A) out of 51 games. Carlsson has spent most career in his home-county Sweden so far. He was Champion with Brynäs IF in Sweden 2012 and with HC 05 Banská Bystrica in Slovakia 2017. Besides, the defender has already played overseas as well.

The Russians Ivan Lisutin and Nikolai Lemtyugov are new arrivals in Zagreb. Lisutin has spent his whole career in his home-country so far. The 31-year old goalie guarded the net of Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod in the KHL past season, earning a strong save% of 92.1% and a GAA of 1.99 out of 26 regular season games. Besides, power-forward Lemtyogov has arrived new in the Croatian Capital: The 32-year old Russian went for goals and points for Avangard Omsk, during last three seasons. 2017/18, Lemtyogov has scored four Assists out of 16 KHL-games for the Russian club. The forward has spent most of his career in Russia. Lemtyugov tried his luck abroad only once so far, he played for Peoria Rivermen in the AHL from 2007 until 2009.
