HK Olimpija Ljubljana
Just one day after winning the Slovenian Championship, HK Olimpija Ljubljana sends a strong signal towards the future: Canadian coaching ace Ben Cooper takes over behind the bench with immediate effect. Cooper brings extensive international experience, having worked in the NHL, AHL and the ICEHL, where he recently celebrated four titles with Red Bull Salzburg. With his focus on analytical precision, modern player development and strong team chemistry, he is a perfect fit for the ambitious plans of the Slovenians.

EC-KAC
Record champions EC-KAC have extended their contract with center Jan Muršak for another year. The Slovenian veteran, who boasts an impressive career in the NHL, AHL and KHL, remains a crucial pillar of Klagenfurt’s offense. Despite injury setbacks last season, Muršak stood out with his outstanding efficiency, particularly leading the Red Jackets' power play to new heights.

Steinbach Black Wings Linz
Fans in Linz can also rely on continuity: defenseman Greg Moro will stay with the Steinbach Black Wings for another two years – despite receiving offers from abroad. In his first year with Linz, the Canadian established himself as a rock-solid presence on the blue line, impressing with numerous blocked shots and a strong plus-minus record. During the playoffs, he further proved his leadership qualities alongside Patrick Söllinger.
