What is the atmosphere and team spirit like among domestic and international players?
Maxim Eliseev: “I think the team spirit is really good. We have like players from Germany, Austria and Finland, but we all can communicate really well and I think the spirit is great and shows on their eyes, so I think it's great.”

How do you perceive the Alps Hockey League in terms of internationality?
Maxim Eliseev: “Yeah, I think it's nice that there's players from like different countries and you see the levels from like different teams from different countries and it's fun to play not only in Austria but in Italy and other countries too.”

Are there any specific pre-game rituals among players from different countries?
Maxim Eliseev: “I haven't seen any like different rituals, but of course every player has his own rituals.”

Are jokes in the locker room usually told in English or German?
Maxim Eliseev: “Some jokes are told in English, but usually they're told in Deutsch. And we have a couple Finnish players, Finnish-Austrian players that can translate it to us, so we can laugh together after that.”

What makes the Red Bull Hockey Juniors especially appealing for international players?
Maxim Eliseev: “I think it's like the academy, because I don't think there's other academies in Europe, so it's pretty cool to have this experience here. So for many international players, I think it's a great chance to come here and like make it pro after these great facilities and have a great chance here in the Red Bull Academy.”
