Armin Preiser of the Vienna Capitals Silver got automatically suspended for one game for his second fight.

According to the Arbitrator and after reviewing video evidence, player Armin Preiser (#3) of Vienna Capitals Silver, time 31:57, engaged in a fight with an opponent deemed as Fighting IIHF Rule 141.

Neither fight was it determined that the opposing player was the instigator. Armin Preiser was deemed a willing combatant, constituting his 2nd fighting major in the 2019/20 AHL season on 13.02.2020.

Armin Preiser is suspended automatically for the ensuing Alps Hockey League game, according to the AHL Gamebook D | Casebook -§25 Rule141-Fighting | Automatic Supplementary Discipline (DOPS) | (1) which states “If a player is assessed a fighting major for the 2nd time during the Alps Hockey League regular season, such player is assessed an automatic one (1) game suspension, in addition to any other penalties assessed.”
