Two Games on Tuesday
SIJ Acroni Jesenice kicks off the Alps Hockey League action this week as they host the Red Bull Hockey Juniors. The Slovenians are currently sitting in third place, securing their quarterfinal ticket, while the young Salzburg team will have to battle through the Qualification Round. In their first matchup this season, Jesenice claimed victory in overtime in a high-scoring thriller.

Also on Tuesday, the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers face HK RST Pellet Celje. Both teams are out of contention for the Master Round, making this clash about securing the best possible start position for the Qualification Round. The Cavaliers currently hold a six-point advantage. In their previous two encounters, each team grabbed one win.

One Game on Wednesday
On Wednesday, the EC Bregenzerwald hosts HC Gherdeina in a "basement battle." Both teams are tied at 32 points, sitting in 12th and 13th place. The winner of this game can create some distance from the "red lantern." In their two previous matchups this season, the home team emerged victorious each time.

Five Games on Thursday
RST Pellet Celje, who play Unterland on Tuesday, are back in action on Thursday against the Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel. Kitzbühel recently secured their spot in the Master Round as the fourth team to qualify. The Tirol team still has their eyes on third place in the Regular Season and is coming off two dominant wins.

The Red Bull Hockey Juniors and the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, who meet on Thursday, also have a busy week ahead. Despite the Cavaliers being the higher-ranked team, the Juniors claimed both previous matchups this season.

Thursday also features the current league leaders, EK Zeller Eisbären, taking on the bottom-placed HC Gherdeina. While the Eisbären aim to solidify their top spot and secure the "pole position" for the Master Round, HC Gherdeina looks to improve their standing for the Qualification Round.

The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan and KHL Sisak go head-to-head on Thursday in a crucial clash for the Master Round. Both teams are just outside the Top 5, but still have a chance to overtake S.G. Cortina Hafro in fifth place. The winner of this matchup will have a significant advantage, as only two points separate the teams.

The midweek action wraps up with SIJ Acroni Jesenice facing HC Meran/o Pircher. Jesenice came out on top in both previous meetings this season. While the first game was a dominant 9-0 victory for the Slovenians, Meran put up a strong fight in their second encounter.
