Three games were on the schedule in the European Women’s Hockey League on Sunday. The Sabres St. Pölten, who had defeated the KSV Highlanders the day before, celebrated a 3–1 road win at MAC Budapest. After a scoreless opening period, both teams found the net in the second. In the final frame, the Sabres were more efficient: Kinga Jokai-Szilagyi scored the game-winning goal before Hanna Obermayr sealed the victory with an empty-netter.

Aisulu Almaty had earned a confident win over Budapest Jegkorong Akademia on Saturday and continued their strong form on Sunday. In their home game against the DEC Salzburg Eagles, the hosts got off to the better start and took a 2–0 lead in the opening period. The Eagles managed to cut the deficit twice but ultimately fell 3–2.
