Peter Schneider of spusu Vienna Capitals was voted Erste Bank Eishockey Liga‘s most valuable player by media members. With 79 points out of 63 games, the 28-year-old leads the league's scoring charts. It's the third successive year the MVP trophy goes to Vienna.

Peter Schneider of spusu Vienna Capitals is Erste Bank Eishockey Liga’s most valuable player of the 2018-19 campaign. It's the third successive year the MVP trophy goes to Vienna with Rafael Rotter and Riley Holzapfel getting the award in the previous seasons. At the moment Schneider, who had most point in the regular season, leads the league's scoring charts together with teammate Chris DeSousa. The 28-year-old Vienna-born got 16 first place mentions and won by a large margin. With 85 points, he beat KAC goalie Lars Haugen (53 points) and DeSousa (38) to second and third place.
