Jasse Ikonen is back with HC Pustertal. The Finnish forward, who already played for HC Pustertal in 2021-22, suited up for TPS (Finnish league and Champions Hockey League) as well as Linköping and Färjestad (Sweden) last season. The 33-year-old now has a total of 568 SM-Liga games, eight Champions Hockey League seasons and a championship title with Karpät Oulu in 2018.

Jasse Ikonen has already arrived in Bruneck, has recently been keeping fit with a Mestis team and will join the team training immediately.

Jasse Ikonen: "I have felt very much at home here in Bruneck together with my family. HCP has a strong squad this year and I'm sure we can go far. After unfortunately never being able to experience the arena full in 2021/22 during Covid times, I'm most looking forward to making up for it now and seeing the Intercable Arena packed and the loud support of the Wolves fans."
