The HC Pustertal celebrated a big 3:2 win against the Rittner Buam and captured the lead in the standings. Milano lost its debut in Alps Hockey League against the KAC II after overtime. The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan and the EK Zeller Eisbären remain unbeaten.

HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice – Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 2:1 OT 
HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice celebrated a 2:1 win against the acting Champ Migross Supermercati Asiao Hockey. After two wins, Asiago had to take its first defeat this season. Luka Kalan opened the scoring for the hosts in the 16ths minute in powerplay. Asiago created some chances but couldn’t score in the first. In the second period Asiago still took more penalties but managed to take more control over the game. Anthony Bardaro succeeded with the equalizer in the 34th minute. In the final period Jesenice pressured again and created more chances. But no team scored in the third period. Tadej Cimzar found the decision in overtime of Jesenice.

EC KAC II – Hockey Milano Rossoblu 4:3 OT
Hockey Milan Rossoblu had to take a defeat against EC KAC II in their first game of Alps Hockey League. The young Austrian delivered Milano a tough battle and captured a 4:3 win after overtime. In the first period the Austrians created more chances and had good control over the game. Simon Hammerle captured the lead in the fourth minute. But Milano had the right answer and tied the game in powerplay four minutes later. KAC still created more chance and recaptured the lead after a goal of Markus Pirmann.also in powerplay. In the second period the Corinthians took a couple of penalties, but still managed to defend their lead.In the third period the young team even managed to increase lead after a powerplay goal of Valentin Hammerle. But Milano came back again and capitalized from penalties of the KAC. De Biasio and Petrov scored two quick poerplay goals and tied the game. In the overtime it was Nikolaus Kraus who found the decision. 
 
EC Bregenzerwald – S.G. Cortina Hafro 3:4
S.G. Cortina celebrated a close 4:3 success at Bregenzwerwald after a strong final period. At the beginning of the game Bregenzerwald created more chances and seemed to have good control. Aleksi Järvinen opened the scoring in the fourth minute. Also the beginning of the second period was in favor of the hosts. Philipp Pöschmann increased the lead to 2:0. But Cortina fought back. Still in the second Luca Barnabo narrowed the gap, before Devin Di Diomete equalized the game right in the beginning of the third. Cortina still increased pressure and created a two goals lead after strikes of Bruneteau and Vänttinen. Simeon Schwinger brought his team back with the 3:4 in the 53rd minute. Cortina made a good job in defending the close lead in the final minutes and celebrated a win.
 
EK Die Zeller Eisbären – VEU Feldkirch 2:1 OT
The EK Zeller Eisbären remain unbeaten also after their second game of the season. Against the VEU Feldkirch the Eisbären celebrated a 2:1 overtime-win. Both teams created a couple of chances in the first two periods, but the goalies made a great job and didn’t let a puck in. The game was played on an even level. Early in the third period Louke Oakley captured the lead for Zell. From this moment on Feldkirch increased pressure and created chance after chance. When Feldkirch played in numerous disadvantage they finally managed to tie game. Dylan Stanley brought his team in overtime. In the overtime it was Franz Wilfan who found the decision for the Eisbären.
 
Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan – EC „Die Adler“ Stadtwerke Kitzbühel  7:1
The Wipptal won the third consecutive match. The home team created two goals in just 75 seconds of play. First Brandon McNally unlocked the score. Then Matthias Mantinger overtook the former Broncos goalkeeper, Ty Rimmer, with a shot just over the shoulder. The Austrian formation halved the disadvantage with a shot by Andreas Marthinsen that Gianluca Vallini saved but didn’t hold. The Broncos were also determined at the beginning of the second hal. Jure Sotlar and Luca Felicetti closed the meeting in 121 seconds. Between the end of the second half and the start of the third, Kyle Just showed his potential. The Canadian forward even this evening made 4 points (2 goals + 2 assit). Paolo Bustreo closed the match with the last goal for a success that gave the 2nd place in the standings to the Wipptal.
 
HC Fassa Falcons – EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau 4:9
The Falcons fell to the last in the standings in the presence of a Lustenau always in command of the match as they returned promptly to victory after the defeat of Friday in Asiago. The Austrian team, nine goals this evening, already took off in the first half thanks to a greater concreteness under the net and powerplay. Just the first two goals are made with the extra man with Marc-Olivier Vallerand and Philipp Winzig. The third was by Maximilian Wilfan in the scrum. Then in the second half it was still Lustenau: still Winzig and David Konig. Fassa always played his race. Elias Thum scored with a central shot but the visitors still advanced with Chris D'Alvise and Dave Labrecque (only 12 seconds between two goals). Chad Bresciani signed the second goal for the Falcons who didn’t give up even in the third half. Martin Gran opened and closed with two goals but Lustenau, in the middle, answered with Chris D'Alvise and Martin Grabher Meier.
 
HC Pustertal Wölfe – Rittner Buam 3:2
The Wolves, without Marko Virtala, Danny Elliscasis and Thomas Erlacher, won the third consecutive matches by three points as they kept the first place in the standings. Bruneck won the dreaded derby against the Rittner Buam for 3:2. The first half was all in favour of the Wolves as they took the lead with the Italian national Markus Gander with two goals (deflection and then shot). Markus Spinell halved the disadvantage at the end of a quick action. But Marko Virtala was active on the front of the assists. As with the second goal, the Finnish forward provided a valuable assist for Max Oberrauch. In the second half the game was more contracted. The hosts didn’t take the advantage of a couple of occasions. The Rittner Buam returned to the match with Simon Kostner (powerplay goal). In the third half there Bruneck hit the pole but the result didn’t change.
 
HC Gherdeina valgardena.it – HK SZ Olimpija 4:3
Gherdeina gained the first victory of the season as they exceeded Ljubljana for 4: 3. The home team woke up in the attack zone: after a goal in the first two games, in the first 16 minutes of the evening they realized three goals. Benjamin Kostner scored in powerplay from distance, Michael Sullmann Pilsner with a soft touch and Colin Long with a very nice shot. In the central fraction the host formation beat a shot with Luka Ulamec. Simon Pitschieler signed the fourth goal in the third half but Ljubljana tried a comeback and in the final minutes there were Luka Zorko and David Planko's goals. But the final whistle put an end to the hostilities and Gherdeina earned three points.
