The 31-year-old goalkeeper has proven himself in the Finnish and international leagues: He played in the NCAA during his college years and returned to his native Finland in 2017, where he was active in the Mestis and Liiga. His last team was Vaasan Sport, where the 1.92m tall netminder spent the last four seasons.

"My decision to come to Fehérvár was based on several factors. I wanted to play in a team with a winning mentality and have the chance to fight for the title. After talking to goalkeeping coach Samuli Nordman, it seemed that we had similar ideas about my position. I'm also really looking forward to playing in the new arena and participating in the CHL," Reijola explained his move to Fehérvár.

"Rasmus is a very ambitious goalie who has worked hard to reach the Finnish first division," goalie coach Samuli Nordman said about the newcomer. "He's an intelligent player who can use his height to his advantage. I have a feeling that he has high expectations for next season, just like Dominik Horváth. I'm looking forward to working with him and achieving success together with the club."

Olivier Roy, on the other hand, will leave the Hungarians after two years.
