In Tuesday’s lone game of the Alps Hockey League, the Red Bull Hockey Juniors won 4-2 against the Hochey Unterland Cavaliers. The young Salzburg side took revenge for the 2-3 defeat they suffered five days ago, remain unbeaten on home ice and draw level on points in the standings with the league newcomers, which lost for the second time in a row.

On Wednesday, the Steel Wings Linz host EC Bregenzerwald (7.15 pm).

Red Bull Hockey Juniors won their third home game of the new Alps Hockey League season, as the Salzburg side took their momentum from Saturday's clear-cut win over Lustenau (6-1) with them - and defeated the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers 4-2. After the visitors took an early lead through Maximilian Sölva (4.), Quirin Bader, one of RBJ's top scorers so far, was responsible for the equalizer in the 6th minute. In the middle frame, Timo Ruckdäschl (24.) and Philip Sinn (33.) added to the lead. After Unterland, which had to accept their second defeat in a row after their winning streak since the beginning of the season, pulled one back, Julius Sumpf (55.) rounded off the score. For Sinn and Ruckdäschl it was the first goals in the Alps Hockey League.
