In a thrilling hockey game in front of a sold-out crowd of over 2000 spectators at the Ritten Arena, the Ritten Sport SkyAlps secured a decisive win against the Broncos. The game started off promisingly when Manuel Öhler set up his teammate Amorosa, who found plenty of space and time to score the opening goal just 2 minutes and 45 seconds in. Despite a cautious approach from both teams, the match offered several exciting moments, with Ritten demonstrating their superiority especially in the second period: Max Coatta and Tobias Graf initially failed to capitalize on their chances. On the other end, Furlong made a strong save against Cianfrone before Ginnetti and Spinell increased the lead to 2-0 through precise teamwork. Less than two minutes later, the Buam were on a power play and executed a practiced passing play to make it 3-0, this time with Insam scoring via an onetimer.

The Broncos, on the other hand, couldn't find their usual ease and missed several opportunities. In the final period, Sterzing remained without offensive success, while Ritten defended their lead. A late goal by Davide Conci for the Broncos did not change the outcome for Ritten Sport, who won 3-1.

Thus, Ritten Sport SkyAlps advances to the finals of the Alps Hockey League after a 1-3 series deficit, starting next Thursday with a home game against Cortina.
