Ritten has strengthened its team with the experienced Canadian Brandon Alderson. Alderson joins from the British Elite Ice Hockey League and has previously played in numerous top leagues, including the American Hockey League (AHL) and various European first divisions—among them a season with Villach in the win2day ICE Hockey League. With his versatility and experience, he is expected to bring new impetus to Ritten’s offense.

HC Gherdëina – Carmine Buono (Italian-Canadian, Defenseman, 28 years old):
Following the transfer of Sacha Guimond, Gherdëina has signed another top defenseman in Carmine Buono. Last season, Buono was the highest-scoring defenseman in the Italian Hockey League and won both the 2024 championship and the Italian Cup with Pergine. Over the past three years, he has tallied an impressive 167 points in 122 IHL games. He is considered a complete player who can make an impact both defensively and offensively.

Sterzing has introduced Jerkko Rämö as a new import player for their defense. The Finn has proven himself in Mestis (Finland’s second-highest league) as well as in the top Finnish league. His experience and hockey IQ are expected to help stabilize the Broncos’ defense.

EC Die Adler Kitzbühel – Yoan Loshing (Canada, Center, 21 years old):
Kitzbühel has signed Yoan Loshing, a young but already very experienced center from the Canadian QMJHL. Loshing played four years for the Moncton Wildcats, developing from a rookie to team captain, wearing the “C” on his chest. In the 2023/24 season, he moved to the Shawinigan Cataractes and impressed in the playoffs as well. Altogether, he has played over 230 games in one of Canada’s top junior leagues. This will be Loshing’s first stint in Europe.

Unterland Cavaliers – Erik and Marek Potsinok (Estonia, Forwards, both 20 years old):
The Cavaliers have signed Estonian twin brothers Erik and Marek Potsinok. Despite their young age, both have already gained international experience, including stints in Sweden, Finland, and with the Estonian national team. They are considered technically skilled players with great development potential.
