Alex Dostie new at Innsbruck
HC TIWAG Innsbruck - Die Haie has strengthened its team for the upcoming season in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League with another import from North America by signing Alex Dostie. The 24-year-old Canadian was once picked in the 2016 NHL draft by the Anaheim Ducks and has since played mainly in their AHL farm team San Diego Gulls. So far in his career, he has played just under 140 games in the AHL, scoring 34 points (16G|18A). For him, the "Sharks" are now the first team in Europe.

Vienna signs two Austrians
The spusu Vienna Capitals have signed two Austrian forwards with Christof Kromp (HC TIWAG Innsbruck - Die Haie) and Valentin Ploner (EC-KAC II).
The now 23-year-old forward Christof Kromp played 45 games in past ICE season for Innsbruck, scoring six goals and distributed five assists. Vienna's second offensive newcomer is Valentin Ploner, who enjoyed his hockey education in Innsbruck's junior program and moved to Klagenfurt after an apprenticeship year in Switzerland with Rapperswil. There the forward played 119 games in the Alps Hockey League.

Champion KAC fixes goalkeeper team
The two homegrown players Jakob Holzer and Florian Vorauer will form the goalkeeper team of the EC-KAC together with Sebastian Dahm in the upcoming season of the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League. Both were already integrated into the training operations of the first team, are now moving up to the professional squad, each signing new one-year contracts.

Csanád Erdély extends with Székesfehérvár
Hydro Fehervar AV19 has extended the contract with its top goal scorer from the past season in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League. Csanád Erdély signed for one season with an option for another.
With 22 goals, Csanád Erdély was the top scorer of last year's quarterfinalists as the 25-year-old finished eighth in the league rankings. It was the highest-scoring season so far for the Hungarian national team player, who has played consistently for Fehérvár since 2011 with a one-year break (Sioux Falls Stampede in the USHL).

Boivin returns to Graz
The Moser Medical Graz99ers have brought Michael Boivin back to the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League. The now 30-year-old defender was already under contract with the Styrians in the 2016/17 season. Last campaign, he played together with Graz neo-goalie Anthony Peters at MODO Hockey.
