Salzburg earns win in shootout

The Red Bull Hockey Juniors earned their second successive Alps Hockey win against Asiago Hockey 1935 Srl. Both goalies kept a clean sheet in Friday's lone game with Max Tjernström and Samuel Witting deciding the shootout to Salzburg's favour. It was the first 1:0 after shootout in history of Alps Hockey League.

The Red Bull Hockey Juniors won 1:0 against the Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey in Shootout. In regular time the two goalkeepers were in focus and shined with spectacular saves. The Red Bull Hockey Juniors had a plus in chances during the game. But Asiago had some good chances in the beginning of the second and third period but also didn’t manage to score. Max Tjernström and Samuel Witting scored for the Juniors in Shootout and captured the extra point. Salzburg climbed the standings up to the fifths place. Asiago is still under the important red line in the standings.
