Salzburg, Fassa and Cortina earn three points

The Red Bull Hockey Juniors took revenge against the EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel. Recently, on Tuesday the Tyroleans won at home against RBJ. The SHC Fassa Falcons won the Return-2-Play duel against Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey despite a narrow defeat in the second leg. Diego Iori scored a goal in his 500th competitive game for Fassa. S.G. Hafro Cortina celebrated an away win at the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan.

Juniors with a narrow victory over Kitzbühel
The Red Bull Hockey Juniors succeeded against the EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel. Recently, on Tuesday the Tyroleans celebrated their first victory in their ninth duel with the Young Bulls. This time the Salzburg team managed to strike back. However, Kitzbühel was once again equal to them. After 26 minutes of play, the hosts led with 2:0. In the 31st minute of play, the guests got one back. After that, no further goals were scored until shortly before the end, when Oskar Maier scored the final 3:1 via Empty-Net. For the Red Bull Hockey Juniors it was the 21st home game in a row in which they scored points.

Fassa wins Return-2-Play duel despite a defeat
Despite a 1:2 home defeat of the SHC Fassa Falcons against Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey, the Falcons won the Return-2-Play duel with the overall score of 6:4. Asiago had the better start and took the lead in the fourth minute of play. In minute 31, ASH even increased their lead to 2:0 and at that point they missed another goal to force the extra time. Only three minutes after the 2:0, it was Diego Iori who scored in his 500th competitive game for Fassa to make it 2:1. Afterwards the game was balanced, but no further goals were scored.

Cortina wins against the Broncos
S.G. Cortina Hafro won with 5:3 at the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan. The home team had the better start and took the lead in superior number in the 3rd minute of play. This lead lasted until minute 31, before the scoring began. At first the guests managed to equalize and only a short time later even took the lead. WSV could equalize to 2:2, later even to 3:3. After Phil Pietroniro scored the 4:3 for Cortina, his second goal that evening, the Broncos could not answer. Luca Zanatta finally made it 5:3 with three minutes left in the game. It was only Cortina's fifth victory over Sterzing in the 15th AHL duel.
