The Red Bulls finished a perfect weekend with their second road win, beating Dornborn 5:0. Alexander Pallestrang's blue liner found its way into the net after three minutes. The visitors were the dominant side in the first two period with with two goals from Alexander Rauchenwald and another one by Derek Joslin making it 4:0. In the third Raphael Herburger put his name on the scoresheet and JP Lamoureux celebrated his first shutout for the Bulls.

99ers beat Znojmo on the road
Home team started very active into the first period but the 99ers scored. Squires finished a solo action with a forehand deke past Lassila, King then took advantage of a mistake in front of the Znojmo net and Garbowsky converted a 5-on-3 powerplay into a clear 99ers lead. Znojmo pushed forward after the break but could not find a decent spell of pressure. Instead, Graz was very effective in the offensive zone. Grafenthin scored a beauty midway through the game before King netted his second of the game to make it 5-0 after two periods. Eagles at least got themselves on the scoresheet in the final period but suffered a 3-6 defeat.

Villach gets highest league win against Bolzano
EC Panaceo VSV had a perfect start into the new season. Their first game of the season was just 85 seconds old when Anton Karlsson opened the scoring. Soon later Pöyhönen converted his own rebound. Despite pulling one back later in the period, Bolzano was very fault-prone in the defense. As a result Villach scored three goals in the middle frame for a 5:1 lead. In the third Alexander Lahoda and Patrick Bjorkstrand each celebrated their second of the night. Marco Insam finished the scoring with a shorthander - 7:2 Villach.

Late equalizer and shootout win for Vienna
In the final rematch both Vienna and Klagenfurt played solid defensively and their goalies kept a clean sheet for more than 40 minutes. In the third Matt Neal broke the spell with a shot into the far corner but soon later Julian Großlercher tied it. It was the first goal against for KAC netminder Lars Haugen after more than 250 minutes (league and CHL). KAC came close to win the game after Manuel Geier restored the lead but Mike Zalewski's equalizer with 14 seconds to go sent the game into overtime. With no goals in the extra session Ty Loney became the hero in shootout.

Fehervar goalie Ouzas stops former teammates

Fehervar came out hard after losing the first game 5:0 to Klagenfurt. Linz became better with each passing minute and the fans saw a game at eye level. Just a few would have expected that they saw the only goal of the game in the 15th minute when Andrew Yogan lit the lamp on power play. In the course of the game Linz often failed because of their former goalie Mike Ouzas. The Hungarians also missed some chances for the preliminary decision but killed the clock successfully.
