“best-of-five” series: 0:1
EHC Lustenau and Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey will have their first meeting in the "best-of-five" semifinal series on Tuesday. For the opening duel, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 26th, the Vorarlberg team declared themselves "unfit to play". The encounter was rated 0:5 in favor of the Italians, which will travel to Lustenau on Tuesday with a 1:0 series lead. The "Sticker" are back and face still decimated the winner of the Master Round. The Italians were the only team that had no problems with its quarterfinal opponent, as last year's finalist prevailed against Sterzing with 3:0 victories. It was a different story for EHC Lustenau, which managed to turn a 1:2 series deficit into a 3:2 victory. For EHC it is already the third semifinal appearance in a row. However, they have never managed to make it to the final. In the last season duel, they were able to defeat the Italians on the road with a clear score of 5:2. Lustenau also won two of the other three meetings this season. For Asiago it is the fourth semi-final appearance in the Alps Hockey League. In 2018 they won the only title so far. The duel ASH against EHC has never happened in the playoffs.

Referees: REZEK, RUETZ, Eisl, Snoj. | >> PPV-Livestream <<
“best-of-five” series: 0:1
After a narrow 1:2 defeat on Saturday, the Rittner Buam host the HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice for Semifinal two in Klobenstein, want to draw level in the "best-of-five" series in front of their home crowd. Despite significantly more shots on goal (35:22), the South Tyroleans had to admit defeat in the series opener. The Slovenians benefited from a good start, the scoring prowess of Alps Hockey League top scorer Eric Pance (25G|51A) and a good goalie performance by Oscar Froberg (97.1%). Ritten can count on MacGregor Sharp at home again, but has to substitute Julian Kostner due to illness. There are question marks behind the availability of Kevin Fink and Hannes Treibenreif. Jesenice has won its last four consecutive games in Ritten, dominating the last two with 7:2 and 8:2. From a total of eight duels in Ritten, the Slovenians have won eight.
