Nearly 1,600 fans witnessed a true top game in Sisak between the second-placed hosts and the league-leading Red Bull Hockey Juniors. The Croatian side got off to the better start, taking the lead in the fourth minute. The Juniors responded with two quick goals within just 53 seconds to briefly turn the game around. But Sisak equalized and restored its lead shortly before the first intermission. The second period remained fast-paced and thrilling: following another Juniors equalizer, Sisak went ahead 4–3, and Marinkovic netted his second of the evening on the power play to give his team a two-goal cushion for the first time. The visitors cut the gap before the break, but early in the final frame, Yeob — also with his second of the night — extended Sisak’s lead to 6–4, which remained until the end. The Juniors’ six-game winning streak came to an end, while Sisak celebrated its third consecutive victory and now sits just one point behind Salzburg.

Kitzbühel also won its second matchup of the season against Ritten, climbing to third place. After a week off, the Tyroleans celebrated their first shutout of the season. Following a scoreless opening period, Podlipnik opened the scoring on Kitzbühel’s first power play. The Slovenian national team defenseman doubled the lead in the third period — this time with a 5-on-3 advantage. Ten minutes from time, Hanl sealed the win. Goaltender Tom McCollum shined with 37 saves.

Meran ended its losing skid, celebrating a crucial win in Zell am See. The defending champions started strong in front of nearly 2,000 spectators and took the lead after ten minutes. Early in the second period, the home team doubled the lead, but the South Tyroleans turned the game around within seven minutes — thanks in part to a power-play double strike from Traversa. In the final frame, Meran added a fourth goal before Wilfan (PP) and Tschurnig tied the game for Zell am See. After a goalless overtime, Nousiainen secured the road win in the shootout. It was Meran’s second straight victory in Pinzgau, moving them up to 11th place.

The matchup between Sterzing and Jesenice also went the distance, being decided only in a shootout. After a scoreless opening period, the Slovenians took the lead, but the Broncos turned things around in the second frame. In the third, Jesenice ramped up the pressure and tied the game twice — 2–2 and 3–3 — with Lesnicar scoring just as goalie Zan Us was pulled for an extra attacker. In the shootout, Hrobat Plemelj secured the away win for Jesenice, who now stand in ninth place.
