James Livingston shone in the 6:3 derby win of the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan against the Rittner Buam SkyAlps with a hat trick. It was the forward's second hat trick of the season. In a high-scoring game in front of 638 fans, the defending champions from Ritten never led once. Sterzing held a 3:1 lead until the 26th minute, but the “Buam” came back into the game and even equalized in the 46th minute. For WSV it was one of ten wins from the last twelve games, which already puts them in sixth place in the table. Fourth-placed Ritten suffered their first defeat after three wins in a row.
