The Highest-Scoring Game of All Time
At the top of the charts is a memorable game from the 2004/05 season. On October 24, 2004, EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV faced EC Red Bull Salzburg, and fans witnessed an incredible goal fest. The game ended in a thrilling 11-8 win for Salzburg, producing a total of 19 goals – a record that remains unmatched in league history.

HC TIWAG Innsbruck and Its Goal Festivals
HC TIWAG Innsbruck has carved out a special place in this statistic. The Tyrolean club has featured in three of the six highest-scoring games of the past 25 years. One of the most remarkable games took place on March 11, 2007, against the spusu Vienna Capitals, when a total of 17 goals were scored. The "Caps" secured a 10-7 home victory in that barnburner.

Single-Team Records: KAC and VSV in the Premier Season
In addition to the overall highest-scoring games, the performances of EC-KAC and EC VSV in the league's inaugural season are also noteworthy. In 2000/01, both teams scored 14 goals each against EV Zeltweg. On December 5, 2000, EC-KAC celebrated their biggest win to date with a 14-1 blowout. Not to be outdone, Villach followed up on February 25, 2001, with a crushing 14-0 victory. These results still hold the record for the most goals scored by a single team in one game.

Close behind are EC Red Bull Salzburg and the spusu Vienna Capitals, who both netted 13 goals in 2019. Both games were played against a heavily weakened KHL Medvescak Zagreb.

Top-10 Capitals Victory This Season
The spusu Vienna Capitals have already recorded a Top-10 result this season. On November 29 of this year, they cruised to a 10-0 victory – the tenth-largest goal differential since the league's relaunch. Excluding games against the severely struggling KHL Medvescak Zagreb, there have been only six matches with a greater goal difference.
