EC Bregenzerwald was successful against HC Meran/o Pircher with 4:2. It was the third win in a row for the team from Vorarlberg, who are in eleventh place in the table, while Merano suffered one of their four defeats in the last five games. The home side led 2-0 after the first period in front of 900 fans before the visitors reduced the deficit to 1-2 in the 28th minute. The ECB restored their two-goal lead in the second period. At the start of the final period, the Vorarlberg team scored to decide the game.

SIJ Acroni Jesenice overtook Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel in the table with a 5:2 home win against Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan and are now third in the table, two points behind leaders Sisak. Sterzing suffered their sixth defeat in a row and are still bottom of the table, six points behind second-last-placed Merano. In Jesenice, the South Tyroleans trailed 0:3 after just nine minutes before reducing the deficit to 1:3. The Broncos even managed to score the 2:3 minutes before the end. However, Erik Svetina's 4:2 goal in the 56th minute meant that the South Tyroleans' comeback went unrewarded. It was the forward's second goal of the evening.

Defending champions Rittner Buam SkyAlps narrowly won 4:3 against Red Bull Hockey Juniors. After a high-scoring first period, which went 3:2 to the “Buam”, the Juniors managed to equalize in the middle period. Ritten scored the game-winner right at the start of the final period through Alan Lobis. The forward also scored to make it 3:1 for the visitors. The South Tyroleans remain in fifth place in the table, while Salzburg are tenth.

The game between HK RST Pellet Celje and the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers remained extremely exciting right up to the end, with the home side ultimately winning 3:2 thanks to Bohdan Panasenko's game-winning goal with 19 seconds remaining. The visitors were 2:1 in front in the meantime. It was the second win in a row for the sixth-placed team in the table, while the eighth-placed Cavaliers suffered their second defeat in a row.
