29.09.2018: Red Bull Hockey Juniors – Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina Hafro 2:0 (0:0,1:0,1:0)
The goalies – Laakso and De Filippo Roja – prevented a goal in period 1. Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina Hafro had a four minute Power Play early in the second period, but the Italians could not take advantage of it. This was punished by the Red Bull Hockey Juniors in their second Power Play in minute 30. Evertsson finished a nice combination – 1:0. Then, the game got chippy. The Mozart Citizens decided the match with another Power Play goal, simular to the 1:0, after just 26 seconds in period 3. Each team had some more good scoring chances in the following 19 minutes, but the score remained unchanged until the end of the game.
 
29.09.2018: HK SZ Olimpija – Rittner Buam 5:1 (2:0,1:1,2:0)
HK SZ Olimpija continued their successive home run tonight as the dragons recorded their 3rd win in a row. Olimpija quickly showed last years runners up they mean business. Set up by Miha Zajc it was Ales Music who broke the deadlock with 173 seconds gone. Ritten then tried to get some offensive going but home side didn't take long to calm them down. Then, they stroke once more. After loose puck was left alone in front of the net Gal Koren kept his composure and put it over the line. Early in the 2nd period Ivan Taufer got called for delay of game. Despite being a man down Ritten managed to cut the deficit in half. First a blueliner by Ales Kranjc got blocked. Simon Kostner got to the puck first. He quickly skated forward and beat Zan Us. The goal only fueled Olimpija some more. The dragons took over and Ritten helped they with some unnecessary fouls. But Olimpija's power play didn't word until the very end. With 63 seconds left in the period Gal Koren finally converted from near by. When Koren finished off his hattrick in 45th minute it became clear that the points would be staying at home. Just to make sure Ales Music netted his second of the night after a perfect pass by Miha Zajc for a final score of 5:1.
 
29.09.2018: VEU Feldkirch – HC Pustertal Wolves 0:3 (0:2,0:0,0:1)
HC Pustertal Wolves were on fire in Feldkirch in period 1 (13:3-shots) and earned a 2:0-lead thanks goals from Hofer and Berger. After the re-start, the game was more even played, but the goalies - Caffi and Furlong - did not allow a goal. There was another highlight of the game in the 49th minute: VEU-Goalie Alex Caffi and Simon Berger had a fight. Caffi got a Game Misconduct and was replaced by Dominic Divis for the final minutes of the game. The Austrians tried hart to come back  in the final minutes, but without success. Markus Gander has even netted the 3:0 into the empty net in minute 60. Bruneck has celebrated their fifth straight win and stays unbeaten on the top of the Alps Hockey League.
 
29.09.2018: EC „Die Adler“ Stadtwerke Kitzbühel – EC-KAC II 4:3 (2:0,0:2,2:1)
EC „Die Adler“ Stadtwerke Kitzbühel was on fire in period 1 (21:11-shots) and the effort paid off: Eder and Maurer gave the Tyroleans a 2:0-lead after 20 minutes. Klagenfurt responded in period 2: Rodiga (25.) and Topatigh (29.) tied the game, which was played on eye level now (12:11-shots in period 2), within 280 seconds. Each team searched their luck in the offense in period 3 as well (12:16-shots). Klagenfurt turned the game in a dramatic finish with a Power Play goal in minute 50 netted by Hochegger – 3:2. But, the Eagles did not give up and have immediately responded with goals from Rosenlechner (54.) and Havlik (58.). So, the Tyroleans have earned their seventh consecutive victory against the Red Jackets.
 
29.09.2018: EK Die Zeller Eisbären – Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 1935 1:4 (0:1,0:0,1:3)
Alex Gellert gave Champion Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 1935 a 1:0-lead in Zell am See in minute 18. The Italians had several chances for a higher lead, but goalie Patrick Machreich prevented with 25 saves another goal in the first two periods. The Polar Bears tested Cloutier 13 times in the first 40 minutes, but the goalie was ready. Period 3 started perfect for the Austrians: Tobias Dinhopel finished a quick attack into the upper corner after just 59 seconds. Then, each team has searched their luck in the offense. Asiago had the better end scoring three late goals by Bardaro (52.), Tessari (56./pp) and Marchetti (60./EN) and earning a 4:1-win.
 
29.09.2018: Hockey Milano Rossoblu – HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice 4:5 (2:3,1:2,1:0)
This match was the home debut of Milan in the Alps Hockey League. The game was very fun and fought with 5 goals in the first period. The Slovenian forward Eric Pance opened the scoring for the hosts after being left alone. Then there was the reaction of Jesenice that overturned the score with Ziga Urukalo (fast action) and then Gasper Glavic (powerplay shooting). Tommaso Terzago reported the score in parity (in powerplay) but it was still the speed the weapon more of the Slovenians who went ahead with Tadej Cimzar. In the second period the Milan was still in the game but the "Red Steelers" scored with Nik Pem with a central shot in poweplay. Francis Verrault-Paul brought Milan back into play with a touch in the back but Jesenice scored again with Tadej Cimzar. In the third time the visitors tried to close the match but Milan resisted. Then Verrault-Paul realized the fourth goal of red-blue but in the end, it was the team of Jesenice who won an exciting match for 5:4. The Red Steelers travel with three points to Feldkirch (Sun, 18:00).
 
29.09.2018: HC Gherdeina valgardena.it – EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau 2:7 (1:2,1:3,0:2)
Gherdeina played this match without Michael Sullmann and Joel Brugnoli. The start of the game in Wolkstein was very fast. One of the protagonists of the Austrian season immediately stands out as he opened the scoring with a touch near the door: Marc-Olivier Vallerand. Then the Lustenau doubled during the first powerplay in favour again with Vallerand (deflection). The Gherdeina played better in the final time as they halved the disadvantage with Linus Lundstrom. From the second time on, numerous penalties are whistled. In these moments of play the Austrian team seemed to manage the situation better. A double by Martin Grabher Meier and a goal by Philip Putnik allowed to Lustenau to control the result. Gabriel Vinatzer tried to reopen the games. But Lustenau defended well in penalty killing as they left nothing to his opponents. During the third time Dave Labreque and Maximilian Wilfan increased the score. The Lustenau won the fourth match of five played against Italian teams.
