HC Fassa Falcons – Rittner Buam 0:3 (0:0; 0:2; 0:1)
Sixth seasonal challenge between Fassa and Renon. The home team couldn’t put on the rink Marco Marzolini (tibia) and Cesare Sottasas (shoulder) that for the respective injuries have finished the season. Christoph Vigl was absent in the Ritten while the goalkeeper was Hannes Treibenreif. For him it is the sixth presence in the season, the third against Fassa. The game was played openly but there were no great opportunities. The Fassa after five minutes has the first powerplay in favour but the Falcons didn’t create any dangerous action. The game continued without jolts and even the Renon was not very dangerous (even in powerplay). Then in the last 5 minutes of the game the rhythm changed: the teams began to accelerate their respective play in attack. Samuel Rothstein didn’t succeed and then a fast action in 3 vs 1 was not finalized by Paolo Bustreo. In the other side the Ritten created a very good occasion with Victor Ahlstrom but Gianni Scola saved the result. The first period ended without goals. In the second half the visitors, minute after minute, grew in intensity of play and the goal is in the air. The result, in fact, changed just before the middle of the match with the rebound of Markus Spinell after a powerful shot by Brad Cole. Then the boost of the Renon produced another goal when there were missing 54 seconds at the end of the second period with Rolad Hofer. In the third time the visitors closed the game with the last goal of the evening of Brad Cole with a shot in the traffic in the front of the net as the Rittner Buam scored 3:0 (44.). For Treibenreif it is the second shutout of the season. Klobstein's team has earned 4 shutouts in their last five games. Fassa was mathematically out of the playoffs.

Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 1935 – Red Bull Hockey Juniors 5:3 (2:0; 1:2; 2:1)
Nothing significant happened in the first five minutes of the games. Then minute by minute the Asiago took courage as they grew on the ice. Before the middle, the result changed thanks to the first powerplay of the match in favor of the Asiago. Gellert's shot from the blue line was blocked by the visitors defense in front of the net of Nicolas Wieser, Scandella tried to get on the puck for the first as he sent it on the back of the net. Then the Asiago doubled six minutes later. Good triangulation between Michael Sullivan and Federico Pace: the puck came in the front of net where Marco Rosa put the puck under the crossbar (14.). But Salzburg tried to find the goal and for two times in a row Frederic Cloutier saved the result. In the second period the home team started well. Phil Pietroniro hit a post and then the home team moved to 3: 0 in powerplay thanks to a rebound of Michael Sullivan after a diagonal shot by Michele Stevan (26.). But exactly one minute later, the Austrian team scored the first goal with a deflection of Patrik Kittinger. Then there was a mistake in the defense of Asiago: Daniel Wachter made the second goal of Salzburg with a puck under the intersection. In the third time, the Asiago controlled the advantage while the Red Bulls still believed in it. In the last two minutes of the third time everything happened. Asiago hits the post with Simone Olivero. Then in the same action the draw of the guests arrived.  Asiago missed in the difense: Cristof Wappis scored the tie (3:3). But the Asiago reacted and 19 seconds later, after a fast counterattack, Anthony Bardaro gave the  the lead of yellowread team. Anthony Nigro fixed the final score at 5: 3 in favour of Asiago who won his thirteenth consecutive victory as they remained just one point from Ritten waiting for Saturday's challenge in Klobstein.
