EC-KAC - HCB Südtirol Alperia
Klagenfurt and Bolzano currently have 74 points in the table. Due to the better goal difference, the KAC is in second place and thus directly ahead of HCB. The visitors from South Tyrol beat Salzburg 2:0 on Wednesday. It was their first win after two defeats in a row. The KAC, on the other hand, are in outstanding form, with ten wins from their last eleven games. In direct comparisons with the “Foxes”, the KAC have been defeated in two of three season duels so far.

EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV - EC Red Bull Salzburg
Due to Linz's overtime win in Pustertal on Wednesday, Villach slipped to seventh place in the table. With 64 points, they are now two points behind the Black Wings. Salzburg are in fourth place with 68 points. The Red Bulls lost 0:2 in Bolzano on Wednesday, their first defeat after three wins in a row. Villach, on the other hand, beat Bolzano 3:1 last Sunday, but had previously suffered three defeats in a row. However, the “Eagles” have not lost a game after regular time in front of their home crowd since November 20. In their first home game against Salzburg, they won 6:3. VSV also prevailed in Salzburg (3:2).

spusu Vienna Capitals - HC TIWAG Innsbruck
Two important games in the battle for the Top-10 await Vienna on Friday and Saturday. First, twelfth-placed Innsbruck will visit the STEFFL Arena, and less than 24 hours later the Capitals will face the eleventh-placed Pioneers. With 45 points, Vienna already has a 15-point lead over Innsbruck. The Tyroleans have only won two of their last ten games. The “Sharks” definitely do not have good memories of the Austrian capital. On November 29, they lost 0:10. The Tyroleans also lost 2:5 in front of their home crowd. The Capitals were recently beaten 1:6 in Klagenfurt. They have won two of their last five games.

Hydro Fehérvár AV19 - Pioneers Vorarlberg
The Pioneers first visit league leaders Fehérvár. The Hungarians are currently one point ahead of their closest rivals Klagenfurt and Bolzano. The eleventh-placed Pioneers are seven points behind tenth-placed Vienna. The team from Vorarlberg are currently in very good form, with six wins from their last eight games. In their last encounter, they narrowly lost 1:2 at home to Graz, while PIV have won their last four games away from home. Fehérvár suffered a clear 0:5 defeat at Pustertal last Sunday. Overall, however, the Hungarians are also in good form, with three wins from their last five encounters. In direct comparisons with the Pioneers, the home team has always had the upper hand this season.

Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey - HC Pustertal
In addition, bottom team Asiago and ninth-placed Pustertal face on Friday. While Asiago have not won any of their last 16 games, Pustertal have picked up at least one point in their last three games and have even won two of them. On Wednesday, they narrowly lost 2:3/OT at home to Linz. The South Tyroleans have celebrated two wins against Asiago so far this season. They were beaten once in overtime.

spusu Vienna Capitals - Pioneers Vorarlberg
Vienna and the Pioneers face off in the first of two Saturday games. Before Friday's games, the Capitals, who currently hold the last pre-playoff spot, have a seven-point lead over the Vorarlberg team. However, the Capitals have struggled against the Pioneers so far this season, losing both meetings by a clear margin (1:4, 1:5).

Hydro Fehérvár AV19 - HC TIWAG Innsbruck
Fehérvár and Innsbruck face each other in the second game on Saturday. So far this season, the Hungarians have celebrated two clear victories against the Tyroleans (7:1, 4:0).
