  • While the Vienna Capitals were able to win the last two games (as of Wednesday afternoon), Innsbruck lost the last game at the iClinic Bratislava Capitals with 5:2. Prior to this, the "Sharks" celebrated two clear away wins (5:1 @BWI, 6:2 @DEC).
  • The Capitals won the last seven duels against Innsbruck. Out of the last ten encounters, the Tyroleans only won one game. Vienna was victorious in 69 out of 102 duels.
  • With Braden Christoffer, Innsbruck has the point leader of the league, together with Dragan Umicevic (BWI), in its squad. The 26-year-old Canadian has scored 21 points so far (8G/13A). His scoring streak is six games.
  • The league's top goal scorer also wears the "Sharks" jersey. The Canadian Daniel Ciampini has scored ten goals so far, as have three other players. One of them is Colin Campbell from the spusu Vienna Capitals, who still has a chance to become the sole leader on Wednesday evening.
  • One of Innsbruck's problem areas is the Special Team. In the Powerplay they are on tenth place (13,6%), in the Penalty Killing they are only on eleventh place (71,7%). They are also the team that has taken the most penalty minutes so far (225 min). On average, they have 15 minutes per game.
