Two games are on the schedule in the Alps Hockey League on Tuesday. In the Return-2-Play the second leg will be played between HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice and the EC-KAC II. In the first leg, the Slovenians won with 3:2. In addition, league leader Red Bull Hockey Juniors will meet the Steel Wings Linz. The Juniors want to score points in their 23rd home game in a row. The match between Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey and S.G. Cortina Hafro, also scheduled for Tuesday, has been postponed to Thursday, November 26th at 19:30.

Tue, 24.11.2020, 19:00: HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice - EC-KAC II

After more than a month the EC-KAC II returns on the ice. The Klagenfurt team played their last game on October 17th, also against HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice. In the first leg of the Return-2-Play the Slovenians won with 3:2. Since than Jesenice has played three games in the AHL and won all of them, two of them last week against the EC Bregenzerwald and the EHC Lustenau. In the table the Slovenians are on the sixth place. The KA2 is 15th in the league. JES has won twelve of the 13 duels so far. The Carinthians achieved their only victory on January 3rd, 2019.

For 22 games now, the Red Bull Hockey Juniors have always scored points at home, winning seven games in a row recently. All in all, the Young Bulls are playing an extremely strong season. With 16 points they are at the top of the league table. As expected, the Steel Wings Linz are at the bottom of the table, but they have been able to show strong performances recently. Against the EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel, they even won after overtime. It was the first win of the season and only the second win in the 63rd AHL game for SWL. On Sunday, a narrow 0:2 home defeat against the EHC Lustenau followed. RBJ is in second place in the Scoring Efficiency (11.69%). SWL is in 16th place with 5.46%. In the H2H Salzburg is in front with 2:0. In both duels it set clear wins (11:0, 7:1).
