  • The Moser Medical Graz99ers and the spusu Vienna Capitals meet for the third time this season. The seventh-placed team from Styria won the last meeting 6:2, before that the Viennese won 4:3 after a shootout.
  • This 6:2 victory on January 8th was Graz' last win after regulation. After that there were three defeats, on Sunday in Linz G99 celebrated a 2:1 overtime victory.
  • VIC, which is fourth in the table, has won its last two games. A dominant 4:1 win in Salzburg was followed by a 6:5 shootout victory at home against Innsbruck on Saturday.
  • The home team has always scored in seven of the last eight meetings, winning six times.

  • The duel between EC Red Bull Salzburg and HCB Südtirol Alperia takes place for the fourth time this season, the fourth time in 25 days.
  • HCB won the first two meetings (2:0 and 5:4 SO), RBS recently won 3:2 in Bolzano.
