Tyler Coulter joins Ferencváros

FTC-Telekom Budapest has signed Tyler Coulter. The 28-year-old center is moving from HC Pustertal to Ferencváros. The Canadian, who has also played for HC TIWAG Innsbruck, has so far recorded 69 points in 109 games in the win2day ICE Hockey League.

Tyler Coulter began his career with the Brandon Wheat Kings and developed into a prolific scorer there. In the Western Hockey League (WHL), he scored 73 points in 87 games in his best season and won the championship in 2016.

After his time in Canada, he played in the ECHL, in Sweden, and in Norway. In 2022, he moved to HC TIWAG Innsbruck, where Coulter notched 42 points in 54 games. After a campaign in Slovakia, the Canadian returned to the win2day ICE Hockey League. In the 2024/25 season, he played 47 games for HC Pustertal, scoring seven goals and 13 assists in the regular season. In the playoffs, he added four goals and one assist in eight games.
