Head Coach Kevin Constantine and the club officials of Hydro Fehérvár AV19 have reshuffled the goalkeeper positions for the upcoming season in the win2day ICE Hockey League and the participation in the Champions Hockey League: With Olivier Roy, the Hungarians signed a 30-year-old Canadian, who already participated in the international league between 2015 and 2017 with Ljubljana and Villach. Most recently, Roy, who signed a contract in Székesfehérvár for the upcoming season, was involved with the Augsburg Panthers in the DEL for four seasons. He played exactly 150 games in the highest German division and achieved a save percentage of over 91.6% in both his regular season and playoff games.

Roy's back-up will be 21-year-old Dominik Horváth, who will stay until 2024 at his home club side, for whom he last played on the farm team in the Hungarian First Division.

Samuli Nordman new goalkeeping coach
However, Samuli Nordman will be responsible for coaching the goalkeepers in the new season. The 31-year-old Finn, who spent the 21-22 season in the Slovak Tipsport League with HK Dukla Michalovce, ended his active career in 2011 and then worked mainly in his home country, but also coached Japan's junior teams.
This means that in addition to Rasmus Tirronen, who moved to Steinbach Black Wings Linz, his previous back-up Dániel Kornakker and goalie coach Arttu Lipsanen have also left the club.
