Two games are scheduled in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League on Friday. In the Sky Sport Austria live match, the spusu Vienna Capitals want to prolong their impressive winning streak against the Dornbirn Bulldogs.   • Both teams duel for the third time this season. The Capitals won both games (2:1 & 4:0). In the last ten meetings, the Vienna Capitals were always victorious. The DEC has been waiting for a win against the Viennese for more than three years. The last victory dates back to December 16th, 2017.
  • In their last outing, both teams lost at home. Vienna with 2:1-SO against Villach, Dornbirn lost to Salzburg after overtime with 3:2. Before that, both teams celebrated two wins in a row.

  • EC Red Bull Salzburg will be on the ice for the first time this week after two games of the Red Bulls, earlier in the week, had to be postponed due to medical precautionary measures. Opponent on Friday is the EC GRAND Immo VSV. It ist he third duel between the two teams this season. At the beginning of the season RBS won clearly with 6:1, in November VSV managed a 1:0 victory after shootout.
  • While Salzburg lost their last game for the first time after six wins in a row (1:4 vs. VIC), VSV managed the first win under Head Coach Rob Daum (2:1-SO @VIC). It was the first success after four defeats in a row.
  • Salzburg could only play 16 games this season so far. In ten of them they were victorious. VSV was successful in seven out of 21 games.
  • In the special team, RBS is clearly superior to the VSV. In the power play they are in second place with 23.38%, and in the penalty killing they are in the lead with 93.75%.
