Carter Souch started his professional career in the ECHL in 2022-23 with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and scored 31 points in 67 games in his first season. In the following season, he broke through as the team's top scorer with 60 points. He surpassed all previous scoring records of former Swamp Rabbits who also played for the Vienna Capitals. Souch is the eighth player after Charlie Dodero, Matt Prapavessis, Evan Jasper, Matt Bradley, Max Zimmer, Ben Finkelstein and Brett Kemp to have played for Greenville and Vienna.

In 2023/24, the Canadian moved to Södertälje SK in the Swedish HockeyAllsvenskan and collected 25 points in 26 games before a broken ankle stopped him. Despite only four playoff appearances, he made a strong impression with a points/60 ratio of 3.67 - the ninth highest in the league. At 23, he was the second youngest player in the top 10 of this statistic.

Pascal Brunner stays in Bolzano
Pascal Brunner already played his first 13 games for HCB Südtirol Alperia in the 2022-23 season and subsequently received a contract extension for the following season. However, something will change in the coming season: In contrast to the past, he will no longer be used additionally in the Alps Hockey League (where he previously played for HC Meran/o Pircher), but will be a permanent member of the twelve HCB forwards' regular squad. So far, the Merano native has made 120 appearances for the “Foxes”, scoring four goals and three assists.
