The spusu Vienna Capitals won against the HC TIWAG Innsbruck with 10:0 on Friday, scoring at least ten goals in a game for the third time in their club's history. However, the Capitals missed out on their highest win ever. They did so on 13 January 2019 in Zagreb (13:0). For Innsbruck, on the other hand, it was the highest defeat in the club's history.

Three goals each in the first and second period and four goals in the final period gave the spusu Vienna Capitals a superior 10:0 home win against HC TIWAG Innsbruck. The Tyroleans have never before been beaten by a ten-goal difference in a game and have lost four times by nine goals (23.01.2009 AVS - HCI | 14.09.2012 RBS-HCI | 16.11.2012 HCI-AVS | 06.01.2013 RBS-HCI).

Vienna's highest win in the club's history to date was a 13:0 in Zagreb on January 13, 2019. They equaled their highest home win in terms of goal difference in front of a home crowd. On January 12, 2014, they defeated Villach 11:1.

In the head-to-head with Innsbruck, Vienna's highest victory to date was an 8:0 win in Innsbruck on November 4, 2012. They had already won 9:2 in front of the home crowd (October 12, 2008).
