Since this season Florian Vorauer is a fixed part of the goalie tandem at the Austrian record champion EC-KAC. After the injury-related absence of Sebastian Dahm, the 23-year-old covers the net for the “Rotjacken”. This season, Vorauer, who has also made his first appearances in the Austrian national team, have become seven starts – the most recent of which he fully impressed: He saved all 18 shots on goal, keeping a clean sheet for the first time in his ICE career in a 4-0 home win over the Pioneers and becoming win2day's top performer.
