KHL Sisak – HC Meran/o Pircher 4:1 (0:0, 2:1, 2:0)
In a penalty-filled game, Sisak took control thanks to an efficient power play. After a scoreless first period, the visitors from Merano took the lead through Mandruzzato, but Marinković equalized with the man advantage in front of over 1,600 fans. Just one second before the intermission, Dumčius turned the game around with another power play goal. The Lithuanian added another with the extra skater in the final period to seal the deal. In the end, the Croatians defended their top spot in the standings with a 4–1 victory.
Hockey Unterland Cavaliers – Red Bull Hockey Juniors 2:7 (0:3, 1:1, 1:3)
The Red Bull Hockey Juniors made a perfect restart after the international break, recording a clear 7–2 win away to Hockey Unterland Cavaliers. After a dominant opening period with goals from Krainer, Juhola, and Schreiner, Unterland cut the deficit early in the second through Potsinok. Wurzer quickly restored the three-goal lead. In the final period, Krainer and Baumann added to the tally before Potsinok scored again. Wurzer then sealed the 7–2 final score with his second of the night – a convincing victory for the Salzburg prospects, who remain in second place.
Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel – HDD Jesenice 6:3 (5:0, 1:2, 0:1)
Kitzbühel laid the foundation for its fifth straight win in a sensational first period, which the Tyroleans won 5–0. Crnkić and Loshing each scored twice. Ketonen made it 6–0 in the second period before Jesenice improved their play. The Slovenians cut the deficit to 6–2 before the second intermission, but the home side held on comfortably for a 6–3 win, remaining third in the standings.
EK Die Zeller Eisbären – HC Migross Asiago 3:2 SO (1:1, 1:1, 0:0)
In front of a sellout crowd of 2,570 at the KEKELIT Arena, the matchup between reigning champion Zell am See and Asiago – who had won four straight – delivered high-quality hockey. Asiago took the lead through Chiodo, but Wernicke equalized before the first break. In the middle frame, Putnik put the Polar Bears ahead on the power play, with Valentini soon making it 2–2. That score held through regulation and overtime, largely thanks to some stellar saves by Asiago goalie Rigoni. In the shootout, EKZ captain Wilfan scored the decisive goal to secure the home win for the Pinzgau side, who remain in fourth place.
Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan – EC Bregenzerwald 4:5 OT (2:2, 2:1, 0:1)
Sterzing and Bregenzerwald played a hard-fought contest featuring multiple lead changes. The hosts opened the scoring in the sixth minute, but the equalizer followed just six seconds later. After the Broncos went ahead 2–1, the visitors tied it again, making it 2–2 after one period. Early in the second, Bregenzerwald took their first lead, only for the Broncos to turn the game once more. In the 53rd minute, Toivo Laaksonen tied it 4–4, sending the game to overtime. Extra time lasted only 34 seconds before Kramer netted the game-winner for ECB.
Rittner Buam SkyAlps – HC Gherdeina valgardena.it 5:2 (0:0, 1:1, 4:1)
Ritten ended its losing streak and claimed the South Tyrolean derby against Gherdeina with a 5–2 win. After five straight defeats, the Buam returned to form. Following a goalless first period, Crespi opened the scoring in style for the hosts midway through the second, but Kasslatter equalized for Gardena. Early in the final period, Brady made it 1–2 on the power play, but from then on, Ritten took full control. Felicetti netted the equalizer, Alderson and Welychka extended the lead with a bit of luck, and in the final minute, Kostner sealed the 5–2 result with an empty-netter.
