Woger returns to Graz

For the first time since the 2017/18 season, Daniel Woger will play for the Moser Medical Graz99ers again in the upcoming campaign. The 34-year-old has already been active for the Styrians for eight years. Last season, the forward played for HC Thurgau in Switzerland (57 games - 15 points). While 19-year-old Yannik Lebeda signed with Pioneers Vorarlberg, defender Tine Klofutar extended his contract with HK SZ Olimpija.

The Vorarlberg Daniel Woger returns to his club, after all, he already wore the jersey of the Graz99ers for eight years. In 2009/2010, the forward moved from Innsbruck to Graz and subsequently played for the 99ers until the 2017/2018 season, with the exception of 2012/2013, when he was under contract with the Vienna Capitals. In total, Woger played 378 games in orange/black and recorded 55 goals and 88 assists. After that, the forward went to Linz, Dornbirn and last year to Switzerland. So now it comes to the return to his old place of work.

Daniel Woger on the return: "When the call came, I didn't have to think long. Graz is my heart's club and I'm really burning for this job. We have a really good squad so far and I'm looking forward to the coming season."

Lebeda hits the ice for the Pioneers
The 19-year-old Yannik Lebeda will play for the Pioneers Vorarlberg in the upcoming win2day ICE Hockey League season and thus starts his professional career. After playing in Switzerland from U15 to U20, the forward returned to his home club Feldkirch in 2019. In 113 Alps Hockey League games, the 19-year-old recorded 32 points.

Defenceman Klofutar stays in Ljubljana
HK SZ Olimpija extended the contract of Tine Klofutar, who played 14 games for Ljubljana in his ICE debut season. Before that, the 22-year-old defender was active in Sweden and Norway.
