EK Zeller Eisbären also won its fourth game in the Master Round. The Pinzgau team extended its lead in the standings with a 3:0 derby win against Kitzbühel. In front of over 2,200 spectators, Max Stiegler put the home side ahead and the score remained 1:0 until the interval. KEC forward Anthony DeLuca was given a game-misconduct penalty at the end of the period. Zell am See were unable to capitalise on the power play after the restart, but captain Hubert Berger made it 2:0 in the 32nd minute while shorthanded. Philip Putnik decided the game in the third period, with EKZ goalie Max Zimmermann recording his fifth shutout of the season with 25 saves.

After two defeats, Hafro Cortina Hockey celebrated their first win in the intermediate round. The Italian champions recorded a 4:0 victory against Jesenice. Leonardo Felicetti scored the early opening goal and the home side extended their lead to 2:0 in the middle period. Although the Slovenians got stronger in the third period, Cortina scored the goals. Sandro Lancedelli also recorded his first shutout of the season with 25 saves.

Sterzing in the pre-playoffs
Merano also won its fourth game in Qualification Round A. The South Tyroleans beat the Red Bull Hockey Juniors 3:2 after overtime. Pascal Brunner scored the only goal in the first period and the score remained 1:0 until the 48th minute - when Massimo Pietroniro increased the lead. However, the visitors came back and equalised with six skaters through Adrian Gesson. In over time, Patrick Tomasini secured the bonus point for the home side.

Over 1,100 fans attended the derby between Gardena and Sterzing, with the visitors coming out on top 5:3 in the end. Adam Capannelli opened the scoring for the Broncos with a brace. After the home side pulled one back, Connor Sanvido scored another brace to give the Wipptal side a clear lead. However, things then got exciting again when Gardena forward Emil Oksanen was also able to get on the scoresheet twice. In the end, Capannelli's hat-trick was the final decider and Sterzing are now firmly in the pre-play-offs.

Sisak now in the lead
KHL Sisak took the lead in Qualification Round B. The Croatians won 4:1 against Unterland. After a goalless first period, Vito Idzan put the home side ahead on the powerplay. Although the Cavaliers equalised immediately through Nicolo Remolato, Sisak made it 2:1 before the second period break and two empty-net goals finally decided the game. The South Tyroleans are already four points behind a pre-play-off place.

EC Bregenzerwald secured their third win in the third game of the intermediate round. After the 4:1 home win over Celje, the team from Vorarlberg is now in second place. Although the Slovenians took the lead with a 5 on 3 power play, a brace from Roberts Lipsbergs turned the game in the home side's favour in the first period. The score remained tight until the third period, when Bregenzerwald finally made things clear.
