Moser Medical Graz99ers have announced the signing of 31-year old Swedish defenseman Robin Jacobsson. The big and strong defenseman played for Finish Liiga-club Kouvola KooKoo during the past two seasons and he scored 22 points (6G/16A) out of 67 games. Prior, Jacobsson defended for different clubs in his home-country Sweden, among others for Luleå Hockey and Brynäs IF in the SHL between 2012 and 2015. Jacobsson has won the European Trophy with Lulea 2012/13, facing EC Red Bull Salzburg among other teams.
 
EC Panaceo VSV signed Canadian goalie Dan Bakala. The 30-year old Canadian has guarded the net of Düsseldorfer EG in the DEL past season and he had a save% of 91,5% and a GAA of 2.50 out of 31 games. Baka has won the Champions Hockey League with Frölunda Indians 2017. Prior, the Canadian  has already guarded the net of the Dundee Stars (2013/14), Mora IK (2014/15) and IK Oskarshamn (2015/16) in Europe.
 
EC-KAC has welcomed Canadian Forward Nick Petersen in their team. The 28-year old forward played the DEL-finals with the Eisbären Berlin 2018. Petersen has been the best scorer in the DEL-Playoffs 2018, he had 22 points (10G/12A) out of 18 games. The Canadian switched to Europe 2013 and has spent all seasons in Germany playing for Schwenninger Wild Wings, Iserlohn Roosters and Eisbären Berlin earning 243 points out of 278 games.
 
Austrian Champion EC Red Bull Salzburg has signed forward Chris VandeVelde. The 31-year old US-American has played 284 NHL games in total and hit the ice for Finnish side LukkoRauma last campaign. VandeVelde has played 27 Liiga-games for the Fins in his first season in Europe 2017/18 and potted 16 points (6G/10A).
 
EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz welcomed young Austrian defenseman Moritz Matzka new in their team. Besides, Canadian forward Rick Schofield will go for goals and points for the Upper Austrians in the 2018/19-season as well.
 
Canadian Allan McPherson will go for goals and points for HC Orli Znojmo in the upcoming season. The 27-year old Power-Forward started his europe-career with  HCC La Chaux-de-Fonds in Swiss‘ NLB this year and he scored 23 points (9G/14A) out of 23 games. Prior, the Center has successfully played for different teams in the American Hockey League and in the East Cost Hockey League between 2014 and 2017.
