  • Last Sunday these two sides played a real high-scoring game in the Czech Republic with Znojmo winning it 7:6 after penalties
  • After suffering seven successive defeats in Zagreb, the Eagles ended their losing-streak in Croatia at their last visit on 21st January, 2018

Quotes:
Tom Zanoski (KHL Medvescak Zagreb): „It's a difficult situation for the club at the moment. We'll give our best and hope for the support of our great fans. It would be superb to see lots of them in our home game against Znojmo.“

Nicolas Hlava (HC Orli Znojmo): „We need to play as a team, not as individuals like in the last game against Zagreb. That´s the only way we can be succesful. We know they are not in perfect shape, but that is none of our business. We need to be focused and get points in the bag.“
