The Red Bull Hockey Juniors have announced the most extensive squad update to date: Last season's semi-finalists stated that 20 players from last year's squad are also under contract for 24-25. Four talents were brought up from the Red Bull Ice Hockey Academy: Valentin Ankirchner, Fabian Baumann, Alexander Rebernig and Nick Maul. Philipp Sinn (EC Red Bull Salzburg), Simon Wolf (EHC Red Bull Munich), Daniels Murnieks, Jesse Helander, Kalle Myllymaa and Julius Ramoser were announced as departures.

The EK Die Zeller Eisbären will also be relying on many tried-and-tested players in the upcoming season, including goalie duo Zimmermann & Schultes, imports Nick Huard and Freddy Widen, as well as Philip Putnik, Alexander Lahoda and Christian Jennes. Tobias Piuk and Ralf Kropiunig (both EC-KAC Future Team), Max Wilfan (EHC Lustenau) and the Swedish forward Robin Johansson, who has already played three full seasons in the SHL in his career, are new to the squad of neo-head coach Marcel Rodman.

The EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel announced the end of Rafael Rotter's career a few weeks ago. However, he is moving to the Tyrolean team's bench. With Chris Schutz, Sebastian Labori and Loke Södergren, the “Adler” have already presented three new imports - the contract with the Slovenian national team player Matic Podlipnik has been extended. Alexander Schmidt and Luca Egger are the new goalkeepers. Two Austrian talents, Jakob Lippitsch (EC-KAC Future Team) and Matteo Mitrovic (NCDC/Utah Outliers), were recently signed.

With EC Bregenzerwald, a fourth red-white-red AHL team has also already communicated roster updates: The “Wälder” extended with their top scorer Roberts Lipsbergs (26G|40A), Julian Zwerger and Daniel Hintermann. HC Gherdeina valgardena.it also announced contract extensions - with Leo Messner, Julian Senoner, Samuel Moroder, Diego Glück, Hannes Kasslatter and Simon Pitschieler, six Italian players were retained.

The Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, meanwhile, saw a quartet of Finnish players leave the South Tyroleans: Miro Markkula, Elmeri Hällfors, Aleksi Käyrä and Luka Nyman. But they presented their goalie trio with Tizian Giovanelli, Laurin Foppa and Bampi Manuel, while the S.G. Cortina Hafro let Jason Seed move to Bolzano.

HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice will have to make do without Zan Jezovsek (EV Lindau) next season, while Lovro Kumanovic and Rozle Bohnic have also left the Slovenian team. New to the team, however, is defenseman Ozbe Slibar, who was a member of the EC-KAC Future Team last season.
