On Sunday Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey earned their third successive win this week, the second within 24 hours. The Italians, who were without McNally and Miglioranzi, beat EC Bregenzerwald 4:0 in front of their home crowd. After only eight seconds Steven McParland opened the scoring. It was the only goal in the first period as the visitors could not find the back of the net during a four-minute power play. The hosts did better with a man advantage early in the second with Chad Pietroniro doubling the score. For the remainder of the period the goalies Vallini and Beck were in the spot light, stopping all shots. Halfway through the third period McParland added his second of the night for the preliminary decision. In a final push the Austrians pulled their goalie and Federico Benetti found the back of the net for a final 4:0 result. After Wednesday's 4:3 victory at Bregenzerwald, the champion of 2018 got another win against the Austrian side.
