Armin Preiser of the spusu Vienna Capitals got automatically suspended for one game because of his second fight this season.

According to the Arbitrator and after reviewing video evidence, player Armin Preiser (#3) of spusu Vienna Capitals, time 30:18, engaged in a fight with an opponent deemed as Fighting - IIHF Rule 46.

Neither fight was it determined that the opposing player was the instigator. Armin Preiser was deemed a willing combatant, constituting his 2nd fighting major in the 2021/22 ICE Hockey League season on 03.12.2021.

Armin Preiser is suspended automatically for the ensuing ICE Hockey League game, according to the ICE Hockey League Game Book - Part D | Case Book - §16 Fighting | Automatic Supplementary Discipline (DOPS) | (1) which states “If a player is assessed a fighting major for the 2nd time during the ICE Hockey League regular season, such player is assessed an automatic one game suspension, in addition to any other penalties assessed.”
