In the European Women's Hockey League, Aisulu Almaty claimed their second win against Tauron Metropolia Silesia within 24 hours. After winning 3:0 the day before, the favourites prevailed 4:0 on Sunday. The preliminary decision was made in the first period, when Almaty scored three goals in less than three minutes. Roxanne Rioux added the final goal in the third period. It was the sixth defeat of the season for the team from Poland.

After the 3:0 defeat at Budapest Jegkorong Akademia, the DEC Salzburg Eagles also came away empty-handed in the second game of their Hungarian road trip. The Austrians were clearly beaten 0:9 at MAC Budapest. The hosts took the lead in the eighth minute and continuously extended it. Alexandra Ronai and Lara Strobl each scored a brace. While MAC is now on nine points after three games, Salzburg are still waiting for their first point.

One day after the Eagles South Tyrol conceded their first defeat of the season in St. Pölten, the team from Bolzano managed a comeback win at the KSV Highlanders. The hosts were already 2:0 and 3:1 ahead in the first period, but came up just short of their first points in the end. In the middle period, the Eagles quickly pulled one back, and a brace shortly before the end of the period by Elena Perathoner and Kristin Della Rovere turned the game in favour of the South Tyroleans, who also defended their lead in the table with the 4:3 victory.
