With a 4:1 home-victory against Hydro Fehérvár AV19, the HCB Südtirol Alperia extended its winning streak to five, remaining unbeaten after the restart, thanks to a strong middle frame.

Sunday night four more games are scheduled in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League, with EC-KAC hosting spusu Vienna Capitals live on PULS 24 from 4.15 pm on. All other games will be available as online stream.

With its 25th win overall against Hydro Fehérvár AV19, the HCB Südtirol Alperia took revenge on the 4:5 loss in the first season meeting. The Hungarian side has to quit its back-to-back road trip after to defeats. Bolzano climbed to third place in standings.

It was all the home-team in the first frame, but AVS goalie Jaroslav Janus kept his sheet clean in the first, saving 18 shots on goal. Later in the second, the „foxes“ got the preliminary decision with three unanswered goals, scoring twice after rebound and once after a nice solo run by Angelo Miceli (31.). At the beginning of the last, the guests stroke back as Istvan Bartalis scored on powerplay – but Bolzano’s top-scorer Daniel Catenacci (54.) retook the three-goal lead and cleared the game for the hosts.
