HCB Südtirol Alperia signed Power-Forward Mike Angelidis. The 33 years old Canadian, who has played already 745 games in the American Hockey League and also a few NHL-games, starts at Bozen his Europe-career. Plus: EC-KAC extended the contract with young Austrian Forward Philipp Kreuzer.

Power-Forward Mike Angelidis starts his Europe-career at HCB Südtirol Alperia! The Canadian played in the last ten years 745 times in the American Hockey League and scored there 304 points (139G/165A), while taking 1.511 PIM. 2012 the Center was AHL Calder Cup Champion with the Norfolk Admirals. Between 2011 and 2016 Angelidis also made 14 games for the Tampa Bay Lightning in the NHL and scored in the Worlds best League two goals. HCB Head Coach Pat Curcio knows: „Angelidis is a Leader with winner qualities. His exerience will help all, he is also good in Faceoffs and will be an important player for our Special Teams. He will be an excellent player in Europe!“
